$250,000 Insurance Claim Denied When Turned Age 65?

I recently received a phone call from an attorney where the health insurance carrier never informed the patient that at the age of 65 they needed to switch over to Medicare. So here’s a case where the person paid over $250,000, which the insurance company kept. Well, I could think about how incredibly unfair it was to the insured. My client was being billed tons of money monthly when after the age of 65, Medicare was never offered to them.

The insurance company just kept on taking the large monthly premiums went on for seven years. Please call me if this happens to you. I’m here to help you. Thank you.
