So, one of the most difficult even though I’m relaxed today one, of the most difficult cases to deal with a disability. It’s very hard to prove someone is disabled. And I see people that work with people with disability cases, but they’re embarrassed to even admit their own incapabilities.

People very often, these are what the issues have happened people were very often.  They want to prove that. There’s really nothing wrong with them and therefore is hard to get them to admit they have a disability.

So I recently overturned the case where this gentleman will never be able to work again. And believe it or not. He’s going to be paid the rest of his life $10,000 a month. He had one of the older policies it was fantastic. But whoever that individual is they have to admit and prove that they are really disabled and that there’s no way that they can go back to work for them to be able to collect on disability.

And listen don’t ever lie because you can get caught they look up past medical records and they even send investigators out to see that you’re driving a car or what you’re doing.
