What if it Wasn’t Medical Necessary, But You’re Billed?

I have to tell you right now I am receiving quite a few clients whose insurance company is saying it wasn’t medically necessary for you to be in the hospital, and you could have been there for two to seven evenings. You go to the emergency room, they admit you to the hospital, and they’re not telling you that. Now after you go home and you get the bill, it wasn’t medically necessary. And some of the insurance companies are really doing this much more often. I’m sure it’s a way for them to save money. So this is absolutely unlawful and you have to fight for your rights. I recently had a case where the person was in there for a week, the bill was over a hundred thousand dollars, and we had to prove that this was medically necessary, necessary. Luckily, we were able to get the bills paid, but please, you know, listen, I give a hoot about your claims. Call me. I will help you. Thank you.
